Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label has been created.
Options and rates
Shipments are sent from a facility located in the United States via a tracked service. Delivery usually takes up to 5 business days after the shipment date. Orders over $200 are shipped free of charge; orders below that amount incur a flat shipping fee, which is displayed at checkout.
Where we ship
Right now, we only deliver to addresses located within the United States.
Packaging and stability
Items are supplied as lyophilized powder, which stays stable at room temperature during standard shipping. Every order is packaged securely and discreetly.
Issues in transit
If tracking indicates no movement or the package is reported lost, please reach out to support@retatrutide-peptide.infous. We will file a claim with the carrier and provide one complimentary replacement for each lost order. For damaged shipments, please send photographs within 7 days of receipt, and we will replace the damaged items.
