Should any problem arise with your order, let us know within 30 days after delivery, and we'll make it right—either by sending a replacement or by refunding your payment, whichever you choose.
What can be returned
Unopened items still in their original sealed packaging can be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. However, due to safety and quality concerns, we cannot accept returns on vials that have been opened. That said, if an item arrives damaged or does not align with its Certificate of Analysis, we will replace it or issue a refund without requiring you to send anything back.
Initiating a return
E-mail support@retatrutide-peptide.info using your order number and a short explanation for the return (including photos if the item was damaged). We will respond with further steps within one business day. Kindly hold off on sending anything back until you hear from us.
Refund timing
After we receive the returned item or approve the claim, a refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Incorrect address or delivery failure
If your package is sent back to us because the address provided was incorrect or delivery could not be completed, we can either reship it at your expense or refund the product cost minus shipping fees.
Lost packages
If the tracking information indicates your package has been lost during transit, please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and provide one free replacement for that order.
