Billing descriptor
The charge will appear on your statement under our billing descriptor, which is provided on the order confirmation. Should you not recognize it, please contact us prior to filing a dispute; we typically respond to most questions within one day.
Authorization
By completing payment, you affirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate. If we are unable to verify your details, orders may be held for review.
Failed or duplicate charges
A declined payment attempt may show up as a pending authorization, but it will drop off on its own within a few business days. If you notice two charges for the same order, send us an email and we will immediately remove the duplicate.
Chargebacks
Please contact us support@retatrutide-peptide.info prior to initiating a chargeback with your bank. If the issue is legitimate, we will promptly issue a refund or send a replacement. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and referral to collections.
Taxes
